With a view to give priority to the due development of the child´s physical, mental & moral aspects that are so very important in rebuilding our national character. To fulfill the above purpose it was decided to run an institution in the name & ideology of the great sage of India "SWAMI VIVEKANANDA".
This institution named as SWAMI VIVEKANANDA SHIKSHAKENDRA and this baby institution came in to being in 1st April 2004 about 42 km. away from the district Baleswar. Now along with academic curriculum of BSE, S.V.S.K; Singla provides other teaching facilities i.e. Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, Dance & Music, Spiritual classes & various types of games & sports etc. to its students. It is a co-educational institution under self-financing scheme registered under Indian Trust registration Act 1882 to impact national level quality education under BSE syllabus Govt. of Odisha. The institution got permission, recognition and affiliation from Elementary Education of Odisha Govt. and Bharatiya Shiksha Vikash Sansthan, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The institution bears more than 200 students from nursery to class Seven. We have been glorifying our track record in the state producing many scholars. Sixteen years of dedicated and motivated. Service has gone a long way to produce many brilliant students.

That´s why unlike other reputed schools our entrance test for admission as well as the fee structure both are affordable & within reach respectively. S.V.S.K Singla adopted the instructions of Govt. of India by providing from education to SC/ST/BPL child under RTE.
